Delivery and Returns


We offer delivery both within and outside the UK.  Our prices shown on the site are in pounds sterling - GBP£.  If you are paying with a non-UK credit or debit card, please check with your card issuer for conversion rates and any charges you may incur on foreign currency. 

For orders outside the UK, duties and taxes may be charged once the parcel has reached its destination country and the recipient will be liable for these costs. You can check duties and taxes with your local customs office.

You are responsible to ensure the delivery address you use is valid and complete. Should you provide an incorrect or incomplete address resulting in delays or loss, there is no liability on B_BOHEME for delays or losses.

To avoid waste we use a pre-order model.  Once your product is ready to be despatched, we will inform and send you a tracking notification.  We aim for prompt delivery, but are not responsible for third party delays such as poor weather and other events beyond our control.  Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.  If the product is no longer available, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Postage will be calculated on the destination of your order.

UK Delivery

We use a mix of courier services for our deliveries.
Your order should arrive within 1-3 working days from despatch day. However, during busy seasons, despatch and delivery times may vary.   If you do not receive your order within 6 working days from the date of despatch, please email us at

International Deliveries

We use different courier services for our international orders.
When shipped internationally, please note that clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. International customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and duties. If you do not receive your order within 12 working days from the date of despatch, please email us at

Parcels Not Successfully Delivered

The customer must rearrange delivery or collect the parcel; please contact our team should you have any problems. If an item has not been successfully delivered or collected within 21 days, your parcel will be returned to us. Please note if your goods are sent back to us, an additional postage charge will be incurred to redeliver your parcel to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new BBs.  If you change your mind or need to return for an exchange or refund, please notify us of this within 14 days of delivery.  Any returns notified after 14 working days will be refused or issued a credit note.

If you are returning an item from outside of the European Union, please ensure this is marked clearly and visibly on the package as 'BRITISH RETURNED GOODS'. This is a requirement by the UK tax authority (Notice 236 Section 4.4) to ensure returns get through smoothly. Failure to mark the package as 'BRITISH RETURNED GOODS' may cause delays and incur custom duties for which B_BOHEME cannot be held responsible. 

If you are returning from the EU, please ask at your local post office for the new custom declaration forms to ensure your return is process without delays.

Refunds will be issued in pound sterling, If you had paid with a non-UK credit or debit card, please be aware that conversion rates may differ from the time of the original transaction.

Returning items in a perfect state and in their original packaging to B_Boheme is a customer’s responsibility; therefore we may not be able to refund you for damaged items or parcels lost in the mail. 

Please try on your BBs indoors and on a carpeted surface, as any returns which show signs of wear will be rejected.

Please DO NOT post shoes back without an outer wrapping or box. The shoe box must be in re-sellable condition and not have shipping labels or tape attached (otherwise £5 will be deducted from the total you are to be credited).

To make your return, please email us at detailing your order number, what it is you wish to return, and we will issue a returns label with instructions for booking a collection.

Please note that most recorded delivery services offer limited compensation for the items lost in the mail. Please contact your postal service for additional information and inquire about the possibility of additional coverage where necessary. 

When refunding or exchanging, please complete the returns form stating whether you would like a refund, store credit or an exchange.

When your returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be checked by our team, and your refund will be processed. Please allow 14 working days for the money to appear in your account.
