What makes B_Boheme shoes vegan and sustainable?
All B Boheme products are 100% animal-free. We ensure each component from the uppers to glue has no animal derived elements. We also aim to use the most innovative fabrics, created from biomass, natural and recycled materials. Please email us if you’d like to know more!
Why are B_Boheme products available on pre-order?
There is too much waste in the fashion industry, and this has had a profound effect on our environment. The pre-order model allows:
• Sustainable production. It eliminates overproduction leaving no excess and expensive waste.
• A more responsible supply chain
How does pre-order work?
Each time a new collection is released, the collection will be available for a length of time on pre-order. A despatch date will be detailed for each product. We will despatch your shoes as soon as we receive them from the factory.
Will B Boheme hold stock of shoes?
B Boheme will make shoes to order and will hold a minimal stock holding to allow for exchanges.
How do I stay up to date with all things B_Boheme?

Will I be refunded the full amount I paid?
We will refund you the amount you originally paid when purchasing, excluding shipping charges for non-UK orders.
Will I be refunded the taxes/duties?
We are unable to refund taxes/duties as this is charged by the country where the order is shipped.

Do you offer a guarantee for your shoes?
We are proud of the quality of our handmade shoes and guarantee the materials and workmanship for 12 months. In the unlikely event of an issue, our promise is to repair or replace (subject to availability).
